Super Easy Organic Chicken Stir Fry by Maximized Living
Recipe created by Kimberly Roberto, co-author of Maximized Living Nutrition Plans
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Organic Chicken Breasts, cut into chunks
- ½ cup Liquid Aminos
- 1-2 tbsp Fresh Grated Ginger
- Fresh Chopped Veggies – anything goes
- I LIKE TO ADD CHOPPED GARLIC ALSO
OPTIONAL: Brown Rice (Core Plan Only – not Advanced Plan Approved)
Marinate the chicken in the aminos and ginger for 10 min – overnight
Heat 1-2 tbsp coconut oil in a large skillet
When pan is hot, add chicken and cook until no longer pink in the middle – when you add to the pan, do not stir until browned on the bottom. Add more liquid aminos if desired.
In a separate pan, heat 1-2 tbsp coconut oil and cook veggies. Add liquid aminos if desired.

Pets – Joy and Happiness

Pets can be a source of Joy and Happiness. These 3 Tristan Valentino, Little Miss Lily Patches and Tatiana Valencia are my babies and bring me numerous moments of Love, Joy, and Happiness. I can’t help but put a smile on my face when little Tati does what I call her moon walkin dance, she is also my caretaker worrier dog and checks on me if I am sick. Lily is my guardian and sleeps by me at night and Tristan is Mr. Macho man, but not so macho he loves his tummy rubbed and lots of treats. They offer lots of love and joy, it’s hard to be unhappy when they greet you at the door with their little smiling faces. Caring about animals helps us to care more about ourselves. Pets may not be for everyone, but there are numerous things that can bring someone joy and purpose – find out what that is for you and be good to yourself and bring yourself some joy and happiness!

Eggs are always a family favorite meal, whether it’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They are so versatile! Try this egg recipe on for size, because it packs a lot of taste with the addition of fresh basil and crunch of (protein and good fat loaded) walnuts!
Ingredients
- 2-3 organic eggs
- handful fresh basil
- handful walnuts
- sea salt/black pepper to taste
- optional: dash of nutmeg
Heat a non-toxic skillet to medium heat. Add a pat or two of organic butter and drop all ingredients into the pan and scramble right in the pan.

Wanna know a secret – you are in charge of your own destiny. Happiness comes from within. You tell your mind daily on a consistent basis that you are a happy person and eventually you will believe it! Yes, we all have obstacles and crap from the past that can hold us back if we allow it to control us and our feelings. But the truth is you can change that and control your own destiny. I find watching lots of comedies and laughing at myself, the world and things help me to be a happier person. Along with movement – exercise of some sort and eating healthy helps me fight off depression. It is your choice – you have to decide to take that control of your life and do it – be happy – do things that will make you and other people happy. It can’t hurt to try! ;-))

Eliminate Sugars to loose weight, fight off disease, fatigue and depression!

I am personal living proof that reducing and/or eliminating sugar from your diet helps with loosing weight and fighting off virus’, fatigue and depression. I have proven time and time again to myself and others that when I am eating lots of sugar items and grains/rices (they turn into sugar in your system) that I can go into depression – feel exhausted and fatigued all day – go into depression (especially in the winter months). It takes a good 2-4 weeks of eliminating sugars and grains for your system to recoup from all the sugar abuse that it has done to your system. Exercise fights off disease and depression!
I am living proof that exercise and eating right fights of disease and depression, along with Vitamin B12. I know I’m off track if I start feeling depressed, I then amke sure I get atleast 5 or more minutes of exercise a day to get the Oxygen flowing in my system. It works and keeps me in sync with life and fights off my depression and also virus’. I am sick less often when I exercise and my spirit is in a happier place!
