Being Gluten Free means more energy!


Since I changed my diet to a Gluten Free diet I have more energy and my thinking is clearer. I am also loosing weight faster!  Ezekiel Cinnamin Raisin bread is one of my favorite alternatives – it isn’t gluten free, but it is made from ancient unprocessed grains that are better for your body.

Udi’s tortilla’s and breads are great alternatives.

I eat alot of Jimmy John’s unwiches (they use lettuce and wrap everything up in it) and they taste great.
